The Southway Inn is located at the corner of Bank Street and Hunt Club Road in the Heart of Ottawa South, within walking distance of major retail outlets, theatres and entertainment. It is conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the Ottawa International Airport and the RA Centre.
A block of rooms is being held at the Southway Inn of Ottawa for Sunday May 4 and Monday May 5, 2008. A special group rate of $140.00 plus taxes for a single queen or double queen guestroom has been established. This guestroom rate is net, non-commissionable and does not include applicable taxes. In addition to the quoted room rate, all guests are required to pay PST (5%), GST (5%) and the Destination Marketing Fee (3%).

RESERVATION CUT-OFF DATE:
The hotel agrees to hold the above noted room block until April 14th, 2008. At that time, rooms not covered by individual reservations will be released from the room block and the Hotel shall have the right to resell any such rooms so released. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after that date at the best available rate (not necessarily the group rate), subject to availability.

It is conveniently located on major bus routes and it is only a short walk from the historical Market and Rideau Canal area of Ottawa.
A block of rooms is being held at The Sheraton Ottawa (downtown) for Sunday May 4, Monday May 5 and Tuesday May 6, 2008. A special group rate of $169 based on single/double occupancy plus taxes has been established. This guestroom rate is net, non-commissionable and does not include applicable taxes.
